On Sunday, February 24, the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX and the Lakers' Kobe Bryant did work. Not only did he put up 38 pts, 14 of which were consecutive, he broke out this Nike Kobe 8 PE. We showed a close-up in-game photo of this PE to our followers on Instagram as Sunday's game was in progress but today we get a clear view of them thanks to Kidd Swoosh. As you can see this Kobe 8 features what appears to be a solid black upper, purple midsole, purple outsole and yellow accents throughout. This is the first Kobe 8 we have seen with a solid upper and we at Complex are interested in hearing what you think of it and how it compares to the patterned uppers on other Kobe 8s. Let us know in the comments section below and/or on Twitter.
