Bape Converse
#7 Bape x Converse Chuck Taylor
Release Date: 2006
Complex Says: The Converse Chuck Taylor has been an American classic for nearly a century, and A Bathing Ape has been the king of camo prints for the past decade. When the two got together they didn’t reinvent the wheel by any means, but you can’t deny that these are the epitome of classic casual style. The laid-back Chucks were the perfect backdrop for Nigo’s aggressive and inventive design.

Release Date: 2010
Complex Says: Mayor snapped necks with his 33rd Bespoke. The shoe features a unique camouflage print with the Swoosh blending in with the base, and a white midsole and gum bottom to make the kicks really stand out. Unfortunately this is a one-of-one none to come. But hot is hot.
Supreme x Vans Old Skool
#5 Vans x Supreme oldskool '96 Camo"
Release Date: 1996
Complex Says: For their first-ever collab, Supreme and Vans teamed up in 1996 for one of the first camouflage shoes that you didn’t have to hit boot camp for. They worked with the Vans Old Skool with its classic vulcanized sole and stripe pattern on the sick camo print upper. File these under: OG Status. And good luck finding a pair now.
Stash x Nike AFX
#4 Stash x Nike AFX Pack
Release Date: 2008
Complex Says: A mix between an Air Force 1 and a steel-toed boot, the AF-X was draped in NYC artist Stash’s original camo print. Release Date: 2009
Complex Says: A Bathing Ape and adidas got together and went in on the Superstar model. The shoe featured Bape’s classic camo concept over the sneaker’s upper but left the timeless three stripes and shelltoe alone for a clean yet modern upgrade on a classic sneaker.
Nike x "Gore Texer" 1World Air Force 1 Low
#2 Nike x "Gore Texer" 1World Air Force 1 Low
Release Date: 2008
Complex Says: The digital camouflage here is crazy. The design looks like something straight out of a Hype Williams x 8-Bit video. They never released in the U.S., so you may have missed out on this release altogether — sorry! The lowtop sits perfectly on the glossy black midsole and heel air unit.
Dunk High SB Brian Anderson
#1 Nike Dunk SB High Brian Anderson
Release Date: 2006
Complex Says: Nike SB team member Brian Anderson constructed a classic with his hunter-friendly take on the Dunk High. The shoe features olive camo printed on denim along with a nubuck ankle and toe. The bright orange Swoosh and inner gives the sneaker a sick accent to make the shoe stand out against the competition, and the gumsole is the coup de grace. Number 1.
