The 'Cash Me Ousside' Girl Gets Five Years Probation

Danielle Bregoli (the "Cash me ousside" girl from 'Dr. Phil') got sentenced to five years probation.

Danielle Bregoli, also known as the teen making a pretty good fortune off her poor pronunciation of "catch me outside how about that" on Dr. Phil, has been sentenced to five years probation, which is the type of thing you might expect from the star of an episode called "I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime."

According to TMZ, Bregoli struck a plea deal that spared her from serving actual time (for now). The 14-year-old pleaded guilty last month to charges of possession of marijuana, filing a false police report (where she accused her mom of using heroin that was actually powdered sugar spread on a bathroom counter), grand theft, and grand theft auto. On Tuesday, in Delray Beach, Florida, she was given five years probation for these offenses.

In return for her pleading guilty, other charges were dropped.

TMZ further reports that a judge says she can complete her probation in California, where she currently resides with her mom.

Her father, who is actually a sheriff deputy (kind of surprising), and is currently in a custody battle with her mom, read an emotional statement where he asked the judge to keep her in Florida and away from the West Coast. "I'm afraid of what she’s being pushed into and who’s profiting from it," he said, according to the Palm Beach Post. "She needs to be here in Palm Beach County... She needs to be taken away from this toxic environment.”

The conditions of her probation include: attending school full-time, 100 hours of community service, and (easily the most difficult) a 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
