The already stacked Tupac biopic All Eyez on Me just found its Faith Evans, Deadline reports. Grace Gibson has officially joined the production, currently underway in Atlanta, as the iconic artist and wife of Notorious B.I.G. Biggie, as previously announced, will once again be portrayed by Jamal Woolard of Notorious fame.
The cast also includes Lauren Cohan as Leila Steinberg, Kat Graham as Jada Pinkett Smith, Danai Gurira as Afeni Shakur, and Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac. All Eyez on Me, a once-troubled project that didn't really seem to find its legs until the success of F. Gary Gray's Straight Outta Compton shifted the industry's focus to biopics from the same era, is set to cover the entirety of Tupac's career until his untimely death in 1996.
Gibson, an accomplished musician in her own right, recently appeared in the 2013 musical Black Nativity alongside Forest Whitaker, Tyrese Gibson, Angela Bassett, Nas, and Jennifer Hudson. A release date for All Eyez on Me, though seemingly imminent, has not been announced.
