More women are now watching porn—or at least, more women are admitting to it. That's according to data published by Mic in collaboration with Pornhub, the Internet's adult video destination of choice. Pornhub found that 24 percent of its millennial users are women, versus just 21 percent of its older users. We have some questions about the follow-thru rate of women answering Pornhub's survey, because as New York Magazine's style blog The Cut wrote, "24 percent actually seem pretty low."
The Pornhub-Mic collab also revealed other interesting tidbits about millennials and their smut-viewing habits—for example, did you know that millennials mostly watch porn on their phones? (Millennials who are doing this, can you please stand up and explain yourselves?) The flipside of that is that, on average, they spend under ten minutes on the website. That's efficient.
