Somehow this keeps getting worse.

With each round of Sony leaks we think, "How could this get worse?" The latest answer is by making racist assumptions about president Barack Obama, which is exactly what this new email hack has revealed.

In an exchange between Sony co-chairman Amy Pascal and producer Scott Rudin, who had it out for each other in another series of emails leaked yesterday, the two trade awful jokes about Obama. Pascal asks Rudin what she should say to the president at a fundraiser, and Rudin says to ask if he'd like to finance any movies. And that's when things get nasty:

Pascal: “I doubt it. Should I ask him if he liked DJANGO?”

Rudin: “12 YEARS.”

Rudin: “Ride-along. I bet he likes Kevin Hart."

So much for Hollywood being a liberal haven. Most of the leaks so far have just been embarrassing, but this is downright inexcusable. Sony isn't going to pull The Interview like the hackers have demanded, but the leaks might force the company to make some firings.
