Sinestro has been one of the most feared villains in the DC Universe for more than 50 years, and now he is finally the star of his own comic book series. Written by Cullen Bunn (Magneto) and illustrated by Dale Eaglesham (Fantastic Four), Sinestro launched last month to rave reviews across the comic book landscape, further proving that villains can headline their own titles too.

The book finds Sinestro exiled, despondent, and on a mission to rebuild his team of Yellow Lanterns. Bunn makes sure to explore the (relatively) human side to Sinestro, while never forgetting that he is always on the brink of universal domination. Now, courtesy of DC, we have an exclusive look at Sinestro #2, which will be released this Wednesday. Take a look at what the issue is about, then check out the blockbuster art by Dale Eaglesham below:

Sinestro’s face-to-face with the Yellow Lanterns, the Corps he built in his own image – but does he like what he sees? Or does he look upon his works and despair? It’s time to find out if the Sinestro Corps is strong enough for the mission he has in mind for them – and if they’re not, then they won’t stand a chance against the growing threat of the Pale Vicars!
