Some say that travel is all about the journey, not the destination. But if you've ever gotten off a 15-hour flight feeling like you could murder a hamburger and maybe your cab driver for taking all of the slowest alternate routes, you know that's not always true. If you're unconvinced that travel can be truly relaxing, these hotels will woo you over to the idea with their amazing, luxurious, and zany amenities.

You can eat breakfast with giraffes, paraglide into your hotel, dress like Oscar Wilde, and take a fresh new vibrator out of a mini-bar, although unfortunately not all at the same time. While we're still waiting for the dream hotel that offers all these amenities in one place, for now, we'll just have to travel to these luxe establishment to partake in some of the coolest perks and amenities in the world.

Debates rage on about the destructive carbon footprint of such an endeavour, but c'mon, it's Abu Dhabi. Compared to some of the other stuff that goes on, a chilled-out beach is pauper shit.
