This is just heartless.

Four kittens, just three-weeks-old, were discovered with their throats slashed in a Riverhead, Long Island parking lot on Oct. 1 and now authorites are requesting assistance to find their killer. "This is a truly sickening case of violent abuse, and the heartlessness demonstrated by those responsible is shocking," said ASPCA Anti-Animal Cruelty Group senior vice president Stacy Wolf.

The organization is offering a $2,500 reward to anyone who presents information about the monster who killed the kittens. "While our ultimate hope is that these types of heinous acts never occur, this is a message that cruelty toward animals will not be tolerated in our society. We thank the Suffolk County SPCA for its commitment to finding justice for these four innocent kittens," the ASPCA said.

Please contact the Suffolk County ASPCA at 631-382-7722 if you have information about the case.
