They say actors get into the theater any way they can. Seventeen-year-old Warren Beatty lived out that stereotype with his first job, walking the alleys surrounding the National Theatre in Washington, D.C. hunting mice.
Beatty would further demonstrate his commitment to the stage when he rejected numerous football scholarships to study the arts at Northwestern, only to drop out the next year and head for New York to become an actor.
