PROMO: “Lollipop Chainsaw” Has In-Game Music That’s as Killer as Juliet Starling Herself

From Joan Jett to Skrillex.

Lollipop Chainsaw, a game about a smoking hot cheerleader who uses a chainsaw to hack and slash her way through hordes of zombies, has a twisted, adrenaline-fueled song list featuring a mix of 80s hard rockers and contemporary innovators. Music directors for the game Little Jimmy Urine and Akira Yamaoka pulled inspiration from the Lollipop Chainsaw visual world, which is as bright and colorful as it is gory, along with the game’s edgy character design—particularly in the realm of the bosses that heroine Juliet Starling must battle on her way to total zombie domination.

From dance tracks to face-melters, there’s something in this game for everyone (see list below). You can learn more about the world of Lollipop Chainsaw and the music selection process in the video above.
