Unless you’re under the age of 14 or still visit the local shopping mall to hop on Santa’s knee, there’s a good chance that your not going to receive many presents this holiday season. It’s nothing personal. As people grow older, they become less of a gift-giving priority than the kiddies on a shopper’s list, and rightfully so. Especially in this age of Secret Santa arrangements, those random, pick-a-name-out-of-a-hat drawings utilized to keep each person’s spending to a number below $50.

But what can you possibly find that’s less than half a Benjamin Franklin-faced hundred bill? You can never go wrong with a good movie, and nothing says “Who knows you better than anyone?” like a DVD or Blu-ray that’s perfectly suited to his or her sensibilities. With that in mind, we’ve compiled the Holiday Gift Guide: 25 Movies We're Wishing For, the ultimate DVD/Blu-ray wish list with a little something for every type of dude on your list. Even the ones you'd rather bless with lumps of hot coal.
