Unsatisfied with the old Food Pyramid (above), the daily intake guide that food producers created, our health conscious First Lady Michelle Obama and the U.S. Department of Agriculture have launched a new system to keep us eating right. As reported on Thought Catalog, it is called the Food Plate, and this is what it looks like:

 

 

We understand that half our plate should consist of fruits and veggies, but other than that it's a bit confusing. Does the dairy in the cup mean we should liquefy our cheese and drink it? Should we eat our fork too? What exactly is protein (besides an ejaculate joke in the making)? Oh well, it's a commendable move to try to stop Americans from being such lard asses. Now, eat right, do the Dougie like Michelle, and drop that gut.
