During a hilarious appearance on Pigeons & Planes' critically revered series Delete Your History earlier this month, JB spoke on the continued influence of Eminem's 8 Mile on his life and shared some words of appreciation for Dem Franchize Boyz. "When I was a young n***a I watched 8 Mile, but even to this day I watch 8 Mile. I can relate to it so much."
JB was also recently among the artists whose ad-libs were used in Childish Gambino's Billboard-topping "This Is America" single. "[Gambino’s team] made it seem like an organ [donation]," he said. "That beat was so motherfucking hard, and that's all that was. I was like, 'Man, I ain't going to lie, I want to rap on this motherfucker.'"
The "America" video, as you've already seen, saw Glover busting out JB's "Shoot" dance. JB rated Glover's version a nine, as the only person capable of nailing a 10 is him.
In related "Chun-Li" news, Minaj announced Thursday that Queen's release would be delayed until August.
