In 2017, two thirds of Migos released collaborative mixtapes. Offset and 21 Savage dropped Without Warning out of nowhere and Quavo followed up with the highly anticipated Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho tape with Travis Scott to close out 2017. Rumors swirled about when the unsung hero of the trio, Takeoff, would be dropped his collabo tape, and now it looks like Lil Yachty has supplied a preview of what his joint project with the third member of Migos will sound like.

Yesterday, Yachty took to Instagram Live to give fans a little snippet of what to expect from the upcoming tape with him and Takeoff while he was sitting in traffic on the highway. From what you can hear in the video, the chorus features Lil Boat singing a verse in the autotune style frequently used by him on previous cuts before Takeoff gets into his verse. The song appears to be called "Ghost," a fitting title given that the snippet concludes with Takeoff repeating the phrase "I'ma ghost ride the Wraith."

"That was me and Takeoff by the way. Me and Takeoff's project coming real soon," says Yachty. The Atlanta rapper also says the sequel to his debut Lil Boat mixtape, Lil Boat 2, is also on its way very soon. He would go on to preview a few more tracks with Trippie Redd and Offset that might live on this new project.

This is not the first we've heard of a Yachty and Takeoff collab. Back in Dec. 2017, Yachty responded to a fan on Twitter to essentially announce that the tape was in the works.

Aside from Yachty's upcoming project, Takeoff fans will be getting some new bars from the underrated Migos member when Culture II drops Jan. 26.
