Shortly before his scheduled set, the rapper took the stage to announce he was just jumped by Bronx rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and his crew. He said he was unable to perform because the assailants stole his equipment.
“A Boogie and his whole crew just jumped by in the back,” he told the crowd, before insisting he wouldn’t retaliate.
“I don’t promote violence. I’m never with the violence. So I love them, and it’s all good,” he said. “[…] I said something about Boogie’s music and they all got mad and they all jumped me about that. So it’s all good. I’m still here. I got jumped by, like, 10 motherfuckers. Me by myself. It’s all love.”
