Seth Firkins, engineer for the likes of Future, Young Thug, and Zoey Dollaz, has died at the age of 36.
As a teenager growing up in Louisville, Firkins got his start in the music industry working for a local band called Element H. After holding down a number of jobs related to touring, Seth came to realize that he preferred getting in the studio and working with artists as an engineer.
In 2006, Firkins moved to Atlanta and worked alongside Rocko, which led to a growing relationship with Future. Following news of Seth's death, Future remembered the life of his "real brother" in a lengthy message on Instagram. "I always gave racism a cold shoulder because my real brother is a white guy by the name of Seth Firkins," he wrote.
