After dropping plenty of hints, Lil Uzi Vert and Gucci Mane have now unleashed their new collaborative mixtape 1017 vs. The World.

The seven-track project, which was released via Lil Uzi’s SoundCloud on Wednesday, includes production by heavy-hitters like C Note (“Changed My Phone” and “Today”), Mannie Fresh (“Blonde Brigitte”), and Zaytoven (“Fresh” and “Threesome”). The latter producer was also featured on the rapper’s previous project, The Perfect Luv Tape, along with DP Beatz who is also credited on 1017 vs. The World.

Guwop has not stopped unleashing new music since being released from prison in May. Since then, he has now dropped six projects including his new tape with Uzi. Fortunately, we still have the The Return of East Atlanta Santa on the way.

It's not too surprising that these two rappers have teamed up, considering Gucci has frequently vocalized his respect for new school rappers and his constant willingness to try new things. "I love collaborating," Gucci told Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex. "I love working with people. I like the young people. Maybe like 21 Savage. Young M.A. These are all people who I'm just now meeting or I've never even met. Lil Uzi Vert. Lil Yachty. Anybody who hot and the kids say he hot, I think it's hot. That's how I do it. I embrace anything that's new."

Let's all be thankful for Lil Uzi and Gucci blessing us with some new music for the long weekend and stream 1017 vs. The World below.
