Kanye West has reportedly left UCLA Medical Center, just nine days after he was admitted for psychiatric evaluation.

According to TMZ, the 39-year-old rapper is now at home with his wife, Kim Kardashian, and his children. Sources told the publication he had left under the care of Kim as well as Dr. Michael Farzam, his physician who called the police on the day he was put under medical observation.

In the days leading up to his hospitalization, West was receiving a great deal of backlash following several rants made during his Saint Pablo tour. Fans criticized the outspoken artist for declaring his support for President-elect Donald Trump, insisting people need to stop focusing on racism, and claiming Jay Z and Beyoncé "hurt" him. Shortly after, West canceled the remaining dates of his tour, and was hospitalized Nov. 21 for exhaustion.

Within the last week, there have been several reports about West's mental state. It was rumored he was going to be released Monday; however, sources told TMZ the rapper was deemed too unstable to leave the hospital. The aftermath of Kim's robbery in Paris has reportedly taken a huge toll on West, and has caused him to become paranoid. Kim has remained by West's side since he was admitted into the hospital.

"She's been at the hospital all the time," a source told US magazine. "Kim has been keeping a very close watch on him and not letting people disturb him. All kinds of people have called and sent flowers, but she's being very careful about not letting him get wound up and making sure he rests and recovers."

TMZ obtained the 911 call placed for Kanye, which shows that the dispatcher was worried he may hurt himself or others. After being told about West's condition, the dispatcher said, "Don't let him get any weapons or anything like that." You can listen to the call recording below and stay tuned as more information on his condition comes in.
