With several projects in the works to honor the fallen legend, the one that's about to hit Fresno, California, might be the most unique to date. According to Rolling Stone, a pop-up restaurant will open soon, honoring the global icon with food that ranges from "California Love" chicken sandwiches to "Thug Passion" cake pops.
