Premiere: Watch ZelooperZ Rage in His New Video for "Elevators"

ZelooperZ drops the video for "Elevator" off his new album 'Bothic.'

ZelooperZ has been keeping busy since the release of his Bothic album in March through performing and painting—seriously, how many rappers do you know trappin’ out art through PayPal? We’ll wait.

Monday, the Detroit rapper returns with his new video for “Elevators,” a fan favorite cut off Bothic which comes as a collaborative effort from Bruiser Brigade Records and Complex TV. It features footage from a recent ZelooperZ performance, and as you’ll witness, he was definitely in the zone.

The video was shot by Tal Chodos and Sam MacDonald in Sydney, Australia and directed by Imogen Grist while ZelooperZ was opening for Danny Brown during a stint on the road down under. Grist was able to capture his high-energy performance style, and the crowd was certainly feeding off his fiery stage presence, even when he was off stage:

The visual also appropriately incorporates the title of the track in a literal sense. Elevator up.

Check out ZelooperZ’s latest video above and grab Bothic on iTunes. He has plans to release new music this year through a collaborative project with Detroit producer Shigeto under the group name ZgetoboyZ, so stay tuned for that to come soon. You can catch ZelooperZ alongside Houston rapper Maxo Kream on Danny Brown’s The Exhibition tour which begins in mid-September. Tickets for that are available here.
