Billboard just rolled out the Hot 100 chart for this week and the biggest surprise is that Desiigner's "Panda" continues to rise on the charts. After coming in at No. 5 last week, the song is now No. 2 on the chart and only behind Rihanna's "Work," which has been in that spot for nine straight weeks now. For Desiigner, this feat is quite impressive, especially since the song doesn't even have a video out yet, though they've been shooting one around the country for a few weeks now.

With the success of "Panda," Desiigner continues to be a polarizing character on social media, notably for his energetic stage tendencies and the countless comparisons between him and Future. As many have pointed out, "Panda" is a higher-charting song than any solo track Future has put out to this point of his career. According to Billboard, "Panda" was streamed 28.5 million times in the United States this past week, which helped keep it as the No. 1 song on the Hot Rap Songs chart. Whether or not it can make it up to No. 1 will remain to be seen, but it seems to have a good shot once the video eventually comes out. You can check out all of this week's chart movement here
