With Drake's Views From the 6 album finally dropping next month, the OVO crew is starting to pull back the curtain and give fans a peak into the happenings behind the project. While there's very little known about the album right now, Drake's go-to producer, Noah "40" Shebib, recently invited Native Instruments into the studio to talk about working with Drizzy and the overall thought process behind his production. Though there was a lot of technical talk in the video, 40 did open up about how he and Drake are able to balance each other's styles and make magic.
"When it comes to Drake, my objective is to make the artist the number one priority at any cost," 40 said. "My goal is to make them happy." For anyone really interested in the behind-the-scenes work of producers, this is really a must-watch, with 40 dishing out plenty of gems on his style and structure. For the every day fan of Drake, this is a good warm up to Views and a reminder of the chemistry between Drizzy and 40 that they have built up over the years. As for the album, Drake recently reminded his fans on Instagram that it is indeed dropping in April. Get excited.
