Sophie Beem arrives today with her latest offering "I Got It." The track sees the singer link up with Fetty Wap as they update Young MC's iconic "Bust a Move" by adding a fresh warbling backbeat courtesy of production from ROBOPOP to create an addictive ear-snapping confection. "I liked the idea of picking a throwback song and changing up the lyrics and making it into something fresh and new," Sophie told us over email. "Then I thought Fetty would sound great on the track, and that's how it came about." It's definitely an impressive feat to see the up-and-coming singer already collaborating with Fetty, whose had a monumental year himself. Not to mention, they sound great together.

If Sophie's name sounds familiar, it's because Beyoncé signed the young singer to her company Parkwood Entertainment back in 2015 after a hugely successful run on the X Factor in 2012. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to work with Queen Bey, Sophie us, "I feel like the luckiest person in the world because I get to have her for guidance and feedback and she's one of the most talented female artists in the world."

"I Got It" is the second song from the singer, following the previous release of "Skyline." "I've been working so hard towards this moment that it's time for me to share my music. I'm so thrilled and so busy right now but I love it. It's what I've always wanted." Listen to Sophie's new track with Fetty below. She'll be performing at the VFILES fashion show tonight.
