OVO's Noah "40" Shebib, who also happens to be Drake's go-to producer, rarely does interviews, so anytime you get him in front of a camera it's a special occasion. Even better, this particular interview is with B-Real from Cypress Hill for his series, "The Smokebox," where he rolls around in a car with people and smokes weed. As you can imagine, 40 and B-Real getting super high together is entertaining to see, but they also got into a pretty deep conversation, where 40 talks about Drake's recording process for Views From the 6.
"We're getting very, very close and the time will come when Drake's ready to pull the trigger," 40 says. As he points out, it seems like Drake is rapidly approaching that moment, as he recently announced that the album is coming in April. Throughout the rest of the conversation, 40 talks about his Toronto Raptor fandom, Kobe Bryant's legacy, his love of weed, and much more.
