With only two days until Purpose drops, Justin Bieber took to Twitter to announce that he's heading on a world tour. The 50+ city tour will kick off in Seattle, WA on Mar. 9 and keep Bieber on the road through July where he will end his tour at NYC's Madison Square Garden. Pre-sale for AMEX card holders will begin Nov. 16 at noon.
