Brooklyn via Austin garage rock band Foe Destroyer arrive today with their latest single "Unconditional Love." Led by Snarky Puppy guitarist and a band member of David Bowie’s new musical, Chris McQueen, the band also includes veteran musicians Daniel Garcia and Cade Sadler who all are members of BKLYN1834—a unique artist co-op/commerce hybrid tucked away in storied Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.

Recorded in one take, the song finds the band returning back to their bare essentials and grainy imperfections with its unconventional arrangement of ukulele, cello, foot stomps and hand claps. To accompany the song, the track's video captures two lovers enveloped in various dream states of untroubled, beach-ridden carefree love.

"It represented my need for freedom while attached to a lover, and my want to be loved not in spite of, but for my imperfections," Daniel Garcia told us over email. "The song has a sense of imperfection about it, similar to what love is — we made this song in one take using one microphone, without consideration for genre, instrumentation or particular direction." Watch our exclusive premiere of "Unconditional Love" above and stream it on Spotify or iTunes before it drops on BKLYN1834's forthcoming Comp_01 project out Nov. 13.
