Tyler, The Creator has officially canceled his Australian tour, citing outrage from feminist groups as the reason. A few weeks ago, he ominously tweeted that he was banned from the country, and name dropped Collective Shout Director Coralie Alison as the reason. His fans weren't very pleased, and they went in on her shortly after with a stream of hateful tweets in protest. The feminist group said in a statement that Tyler's music "propagates discriminatory ideas about women and other groups, and represent a danger to a segment of the Australian community on the potential basis of incitement to the acts of hatred," and were actively trying to get his visa banned last month. It's worth noting that Tyler has been at odds with the group before, after he lashed out at member Talitha Stone in 2013 while on stage:

In a statement to Frontier Touring, the company who planned the dates, Tyler said that he "would much rather come to Australia when it isn’t surrounded in controversy," and that he would be back soon. He is still scheduled to go on tour with A$AP Rocky this fall, though.
