Rae Sremmurd's Sophomore Album Is Coming This December

Rae Sremmurd announce plans to drop their next album this December.

Rae Sremmurd are still riding the wave they built with SremmLife at the top of the year, but apparently the duo is already prepping another full-length project for release before 2015 is up.

Brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy announced plans to release their sophomore album later this year while speaking with San Francisco-based radio station 106 KMEL at the BET Awards over the weekend.

"New album coming in like December, and we got like a few collabs dropping," Swae Lee says in the interview. "We just dropped that 'Blasé' with Ty Dolla $ign and Future on it. And then we 'bout to drop 'Burn Slow' with Wiz Khalifa. We got some crazy features coming." Elsewhere in the short clip the duo can't even seem to remember all the songs they're getting ready to roll out, which we can only take to mean that a flood of music is on the way, not to mention, that Wiz collab isn't even slated for the album.
