In recent days, a large portion of music from Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Ty Dolla $ign and more has leaked onto the internet with no real reason as to how or who the source of the leaks are. Today, a song labeled as Ty's new single "LA" with Kendrick Lamar found its way through the cracks, though it's apparently just a demo leak of the song.
While the version that leaked definitely sounds unfinished, DJ Busy from Atlantic Records cleared up the confusion via Twitter, and said that not only does the final version of the song sound way different from the leaked one, but that it doesn't feature any artist named D&D, who is on the leaked version going around.

In an interview from last year with Sermons Domain, Ty talked about how "LA" was one of his favorite collaborations from his upcoming album, Free TC, but also said that it includes a feature from not only Kendrick, but also Brandy and a few other people.

With Ty's new album slated to drop in September, the urge for fans to want to hear new music is logical, but they also have to understand that artists go through certain processes to deliver their own music in the proper way that they see fit. As with all of the other recent leaks, it's only right to ignore this one and let Ty rollout his new music as he wants. His most recent single, "Only Right," is available for purchase on iTunes here.
