Jennifer Lopez is officially the next pop star to get her own Las Vegas residency. The icon announced the news during tonight's season finale of American Idol. Her run will begin in January 2016 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, with more shows announced for February, May, and June. In a statement Lopez said the show will be a "Jenny from the Block party" with aspects of hip-hop, dance, Latin, and pop.
Hopefully she'll fare better than Britney Spears, who sprained her ankle during one of her own Vegas shows.
Here are all the dates announced so far. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m. PST.
