A day after speaking to MIT students about race relations, Killer Mike traveled down to the Washington D.C. for the White House Correspondents' Dinner. The annual gathering of journalists, celebrities, and politicians in the Washington Hilton hotel is one of the most exclusive and important events of the year. Killer Mike has spent the better part of his career speaking out against the injustices plaguing the country and this culture; he is one of the most well regarded hip-hop social advocates. His invitation came on the heels of a year filled with interviews and lectures.
Killer Mike, like other White Correspondents' Dinner attendees, took to his social media to share with his fans and onlookers his experience.
