Party Supplies' ode to their favorite city, "Going Back to New York," off of their debut album Tough Love, was remixed by The Knocks earlier this year. The Knocks told Earmilk that they wanted to simply create the "perfect soundtrack for a drive home to New York City."  And that's the perfect description to both the remix and video we're premiering today.

Shot by Complex's very own Rik Cordero with Super 8mm film, "Going Back to New York" is a stunning look at NYC, and its surrounding boroughs.

"Before shooting the video, Justin and I decided right away that we wanted to show parts of NYC that were relatively obscure and part of an Old New York that’s been around for decades," Cordero said. "We both grew up around places like the dystopian Willets Point, the classic 24 hour Cherry Valley Deli in Whitestone and the historical Fort Totten in Queens so those locations felt more personal to us."
