Chicago rapper G Herbo AKA Lil Herb is based in a neighborhood known as Terror Town (certain Chicago 'hoods have had pretty dark monikers even before "Chiraq" was coined). Along with Lil Bibby, who is also a member of the No Limit crew (no relation) and released his own tape Free Crack late last year, Herb brings a more traditional lyrical style to Chicago's street rap "drill" sound. It's a rapidfire variation on the aesthetic popularized by GBE et al in 2012. 

G-Herbo's real debut tape (he and Bibby had an unofficial joint tape curated by Fake Shore Drive last spring) Welcome To Fazoland will drop this coming Monday, February 17—the birthday of his murdered friend Fazo.
