New Orleans' Pell has burst onto the scene with a style that is very different from most of his peers in the city. His latest release, "Eleven:11," is proof of that. Tapping into the starry production from Tomas Barfod & Jeppe Kjellberg, Pell showcases serious lyricism and singing abilities on the song. "My friends are as scarce as my cash is," he says, in a moment of brutal honesty. More of this is on the way soon, when he releases Floating While Dreaming this spring.
