Giraffage Remixed The-Dream's "Love Hate" Album in Its Entirety, and It's Incredible

Giraffage has been raw for a minute. I saw him play when his name was still gaining traction at a warehouse party in Brooklyn, and he did a good job but was a bit rough around the edges. I saw him play half a year later at Low End Theory in Los Angeles, and he demolished the place. His posi-vibe bass music is unlike most, and his skill as a DJ has caught up to his abilities as a producer.

But as people's profiles grow, we don't often get free albums from them. Even more rare is when those albums are linked to a spot that isn't built to capture our personal data. But not only did Giraffage offer up a free album that's hosted by Box, but it's a rework of The-Dream's 2007 album, Love Hate. He remixed the whole fucking album.

If you're familiar with Giraffage, this is a bit more energetic than we're used to. It's still beautiful melodic bass music, but he's found a swing. He's getting better with his production in everything he's releasing, and this ambitious project was pulled off flawlessly. The artwork is amazing as well.
