Ab-Soul & Joey Bada$$ Were Detained by Police in St. Louis

Ab-Soul and Joey Bada$$ were arrested in St. Louis while on the Smoker's Club Tour together. Also arrested were Kirk Knight and another Pro Era affiliate. It is believed that the four were arrested on marijuana-related offenses, but no details have emerged as of yet. However, Instagram videos have surfaced showing all four in handcuffs, with one video showing an incredulous Joey asking officers why he's being handcuffed. As of now, it does not appear that any of the four have been released from custody yet.

The Smoker's Club Tour has been on a break following their last stop in Minneapolis on Sunday. They are currently scheduled to perform tonight in St. Louis. No word on whether that show might be canceled.

UPDATE: Statik Selektah, Joey's tour DJ, has provided fans an update in light of the recent arrest. Statik tweeted that nobody is currently in custody, but that last night's incident was caused by "typical police racism." He added that the show would go on tonight in St. Louis.

UPDATE: Joey Bada$$'s publicist says that the rapper was detained by St. Louis police, and was not actually taken into custody. As of now, there is no official statement regarding the incident.

UPDATE: When reached for comment, Joey Bada$$'s camp responded with this official statement:
