Gucci Mane was indicted on one count of aggravated assault yesterday afternoon in Atlanta, according to the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.
He was arrested last month after being accused of hitting a military veteran in the head with a champagne bottle after he asked for an autograph at Atlanta's Harlem Nights club.
Gucci was denied bond and has been in jail since turning himself in late last month.
