Rapper Tone Loc, best known for his hit records "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina," collapsed on stage last night during a performance in Des Moines, Iowa. Tone was performing at Bridge Bash, a concert held at the Court Avenue bridge over the Des Moines River, when he finished a song, and fell to the ground.

According to USA Today, and reports from Des Moines Register employees on the scene, he was attended to for five minutes, before the show was shut down and attendees were asked to go home. USA Today says, "The seriousness of the incident was not immediately apparent." His status at this point is still unknown. Click through above to see a pic of the scene, and video footage is below.

This isn't the first time Tone Loc has collapsed on stage during a performance. TMZ has reported on three different incidents similar to this one dating back to 2009, two of which landed Loc in the hospital.

Get well soon, Tone.
