Yesterday, Death Grips posted some private e-mails on Facebook reportedly from Epic that explained their concerns on them releasing No Love Deep Web for free. Now, the record label has made the decision to drop the group. According to their statement, they are “working to dissolve [their] relationship with Death Grips. We wish them well.”

Unfortunately, when marketing and publicity stunts trump the actual music, we must remind ourselves of our core values. To that end, effective immediately, we are working to dissolve our relationship with Death Grips. We wish them well.
