Troy Ave has been steadily building hype for Bricks In My Backpack 3 on both the streets and the Internet, and before it finally drops we've got another big track. When asked to describe himself in one word, Troy replies, "How about describe my self in one song? This is that smooth talking, Rolex wearing, lady loving, money making, gun toting, coke dealing, steak cutting, wine sipping motherfucker kinda music."
This cut features Troy's good friend and platinum selling Fabolous, who heard "Merlot" and said, "This some shit right here," and decided he needed to jump on the remix. With a few subtle beat changes, three new verses, and vocals from Mila Brown, we now have "Melort pt. Deux."
