It's expected that on Monday, May 14, Jay-Z will announce that he will curate and headline a two-day music festival in Fairmont Park, Philadelphia on September 1 and 2. The event will feature over 20 acts picked by Jay, and he is reportedly also taking on the role of headlining performer.

According to reports, it will be called the Budweiser Made In America Music Festival, which would explain this mysterious video that we saw last week. The news and details will allegedly be announced at a news conference with Jay-Z and Philly's Mayor, Michael A. Nutter.

A portion of proceeds from the festival will go to various local non-profits, and tickets will go on sale at Ticketmaster and Live Nation on May 23. Stay tuned for the official announcement.
