Tech N9ne is gearing up for the Hostile Takeover 2012 Tour, but a tour announcement is nothing new for the veteran independent rapper who has built a career around his cult-like following and heavy touring. What's different about this excursion is that it will be the longest rap tour of all time.

The tour will begin in March and last for 99 days, with 90 shows in total. Tech N9ne will headline and he'll be joined by Machine Gun Kelly, Krizz Kaliko, Mayday, Prozak, and Stevie Stone. New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, and many, many more stops will be included.

“I started planting the seeds for this music thing to expand more than 10 years ago and to see it be recognized globally like this is a beautiful thing,” says Tech N9ne. “We started Strange Music so we could make the music we wanted to make and tour like we wanted to tour. Now, to be able to make history like this is a wonderful accomplishment.”

Stay tuned for the full tour schedule, which will be revealed next week.
