What we know:: You may know Travis Barker as the man behind the skins for legendary pop-punk outfit Blink-182, but the drumming machine also wants you to recognize him as a solo threat, so he's gone ahead and readied his first solo album, Give the Drummer Some. If you're expecting Blink-esque punk, there's bound to be some of that, but the core of the album sees Barker hook up with several hip-hop heavyweights, including RZA, Raekwon, Lil Wayne, Swizz Beatz, and Lupe Fiasco. Mix in rock influences courtesy of Tom Morello and Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor and you have a rap-rock hybrid that actually sounds like a good idea.
