Earlier this week, Lil Wayne's latest LP, I Am Not A Human Being, hit stores like Best Buy was made available online (the physical copy will be released in two weeks). On Tuesday, Lil Boosie's new album, Incarcerated, also hit shelves. Only thing is, both Boosie and Weezy are currently in jail.
