Stay Laced: The Best Sneakers Dropping on Black Friday (11/26/10)

This coming Friday is known as Black Friday, and you know what that means. All bath towels are 70% off! Haha. Black Friday is one of the top days of the year for sneaker releases, so we went through the drop lists and picked out the best sneakers that will go on sale for the American consumers' top holiday. Click on for release info on all the best Black Friday drops, including the UNDFTD X Converse Poor Man's Weapon collabo, the Jordan 13 “Flint”, and the Burn Rubber x New Balance MT580 releases.

Supreme X Vans Syndicate Zero Low “S”

The original collection of these came out over the summer, and for Black Friday a toned-down blue version will be dropping exclusively at Supreme. It makes sense that the box logo super-kings would get it—Luke Meier, the designer of these, is also the dude who put together the recent Supreme x Nike SB 94 silhouette.

Nike Sportswear Air Moc "AFE"

The Air Moc is usually a Japanese-exclusive, but for 2010, the Swoosh decided to give it a try Stateside. Through the "Athletics Far East" capsule, the brand designers spruced up the potato-sack shoe with camouflage to create a perfect blend of fashion and function. There are only a few more Air Mocs that will drop here, so these could be the ones to jump on. Pick them up at 21 Mercer in NYC on Friday.

UNDFTD x Converse Poorman's Weapon "Grey"

A Black Friday release wouldn’t be the same without a collaboration from the fine folks at UNDFTD. The UNDFTD X Converse Poor Man's Weapon sports a nylon upper inspired by flight jackets, with removable velcro patches on the tongue and side panel. These drop at UNDFTD on Friday.

Supra Vaider "Cool Grey"

This year has been the year of gray, and Supra is bringing the colorway home for the holidays. The tonal makeup on these mixes canvas, nubuck, and patent leather—somewhat similar to another big release on its way for the holiday season. These will be available exclusively through skateboarding outfitter CCS on the big day.

Nike Zoom Huarache TR Mid "Green Hornet"

Nike's third installment in its DC Superhero pack comes out post-Turkey Day for early-rising sneakerheads. The "Green Hornet" Huarache takes cues from the comic-book character of the same name, and because these are part of Nike Training, they should have a decent-sized release. Check Niketown and Eastbay and grab them for the premiere.

Nike Sportswear SFB Chukka "AFE"

This Special Forces boot will accompany the Black Friday Air Moc "AFE" release. It's wrapped in suede and sports the camo print seen on the Air Moc on its side panels. Hoo Rah!

Nike Doernbecher Freestyle VII Collection

Nike does a yearly partnership with the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, and, as it has done in the past, it chose six patients to design sneakers this year. Nike paired each with top designers at Nike to create their own unique sneakers, and this installment features an Air Force 1, P Rod 2.5, Free Run+, Air Max Zenyth, and Zoom Vomero+ 5. The Jordan III has already dropped, but 21 Mercer will have some on Friday.

Nike Air Griffey Max 1 "Metallic Platinum"

For those who missed these over summer, wipe your tears. Nike has heard your cries of agony and brought them back. You don’t get second chances often, so pick these up at Nike retailers, including Niketown and Eastbay.

Nike Sporstwear Air Force 1 "Foamposite"

This version of the Foamposite Force is black-dipped for Black Friday, and we like it. This should have decent availability, and it will definitely be available at the better Nike accounts.

DC Life Admiral Sport SE

Staying true to the Black Friday aesthetic, DC serves up a multi-textile constructed, tonal high-top. This is a special release that will be available only at select DC Life retailers.

Burn Rubber x New Balance MT580

Burn Rubber took the MT580 to a great place with a gum sole and gray suede upper. The shoe pays homage to the Detroit sneaker shop's store colors and has a cool argyle lining. It will drop at Burn Rubber and at some select NB doors, like Nice Kicks in Austin.

Nike 6.0 x Delorean Motor Company Dunk Low "Delorean"

Great Scott, the DeLorean is back! The silver one-piece upper is great, and the sneaker's custom sole is designed to match the taillights of the classic car. Cop it at Nike 6.0 retailers on Friday.

Air Jordan 1 "Anodized"

Jordan Brand releases two more colorways in the well-received "Adonized" material for Black Friday, and this Foamposite-esque 1 is worth a look. There should be a decent-sized release on these at most Jordan retailers, but don't sleep.

Air Jordan Retro XIII "Flint"

The "Flint" colorway is arguably one of the XIII's best, and it makes its way back this holiday season. Black Friday is always a Jordan-buyers' dilemma, and this year is no different, with plenty of banging Jordan styles dropping on the same day.

Jordan VII Premio Bin 23

These are probably the most sought-after of the Black Friday releases. If all else fails, there are always the Flint XIIIs, but these are the ones you want. They will drop at the premier Jordan accounts.
