Kanye West isn't the only celebrity announcing their fashion aspirations this New York Fashion Week. Following up on her recently unveiled ED by Ellen women's line and webshop, Ellen DeGeneres announced that she is heading into the menswear design world.

During a pop-up at Bergdorf Goodman and private dinner which included appearances and support from the likes of Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake, the comedienne/talk show host announced that she's going into the the menswear (and furniture) business, WWD reports. As DeGeneres said, “I kind of want to do anything lifestyle.”

But if you're looking for hard designs or rough sketches, that may have to wait. While Ellen is currently traveling to Paris and collecting her collection inspirations, there's nothing available yet. But that doesn't mean DeGeneres isn't taking this venture seriously.

Business partner Chris Burch told WWD, “Ellen is like literally the most on-it, exciting, passionate person in every category. Her taste level, creativity, desires and curiosity are awesome. She is always sending pictures. She always wants to do a tweak, a twist to a shoe or clothing but it’s got to be true to who she is...When I got into business with her, I knew how great she was. But I had no idea the attention and the creativity she would bring to this thing.”

Considering that both her menswear-tinged personal style, and current designs are fire enough to earn a Kanye West cosign...well, we're definitely looking forward to what she comes up with.
