Tomorrow will mark the 21st anniversary of the death of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. To honor his legacy, vintage retailer Snap Goes My Cap has released a T-shirt with the singer's image. All proceeds from purchases will go towards charities for suicide awareness and mental illness research. The tribute tee is printed with a quote from Nirvana's song "Dumb," which says, "the sun is gone, but I have a light."
Last month, HBO released a trailer for the upcoming documentary Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck. The film, which first debuted at Sundance, will provide a glimpse into Cobain's life through interviews with friends and family. It will air on May 4th.
