Following the epic release of the iPhone 6 Plus, a handful of users are discovering that the new phone—a whopping 5.5 inches big—has some unexpected flaws. Multiple people have reported that the device has been bending after being stored in their pockets.
Numerous people Tweeted out about their bent phone, and the hashtag "Bendgate" became so popular that it now has its own Twitter account. One San Francisco-based engineer even made a video displaying how easy it is to bend the phone with your bare hands.
Back in July, rumors emerged that Apple was going to incorporate bendable Sapphire glass into the new phone, but those didn't turn out to be true. Until now, sort of.
