Only recently did news of a collaboration between Nike and Parisian streetwear leader Pigalle break, but it quickly became the partnership that a huge number of people vowed to spend their tax return dough on. Pigalle, also known as the Pain O Chokolat crew, has had a life-long love of basketball, and it's a devotion that shines through in the collection.

Technically called the Nike x PPP Collection (Pain O Chockolat, Pigalle, and Pompon), and dropping on April 26, the full collab includes two matching sets of tanks and jerseys, T-shirts, hats, basketballs, and two Air Force 1s. And now we have an exclusive closer look at what Nike and the PPP crew created.

The kicks—an AF1 High and AF1 Low—were created with premium leather uppers and coated with a wax that will age over time, giving each wearer a distinct patina that only they can claim. Other serious additions include leather laces, a gold metal eyelet, and transparent outsoles that reveal what resembles a coach's drawn-up play.

The tank tops and shorts were treated with dyes to create fades and distressing that also resemble a well worn-in kit that's seen serious burn on the court. The bottom hems of the shorts were hacked off to give each pair an old-school feel any baller who's DIY transitioned from wintertime sweats to warm-weather shorts knows about.

Peep the below photos to get a better sense of what's on the way, and pick out what you plan on copping in 10 days at Dover Street Market and other select Nike retailers.
